one seed leans right
           another leans left
            twin arcs beginning
two paths of the same intent
          spiralling in opposite vows
each seeking its own open space
each solving the same old problem
      sunlight divided, sunlight shared
      clockwise drift of quiet hunger
       counter‑clockwise drift of thirst
two currents of the same stem
            two stories told in curves
                each turn avoiding shadow
                   each shadow shaping turn
                      nature writing symmetry
                         without needing a scribe
                            without needing a witness
                              only the logic of growth
                                only the pressure of light
                                  only the pull of survival
                                 spirals widening outward
                                spirals tightening inward
                               twin helixes of hunger
                             rightward seeking sky
                           leftward seeking air
                         both seeking room
                       both finding form
                     older than counting
                  older than number
                older than ratio
             yet ratio-born
            yet number-shaped
             yet perfectly placed
              two spirals meeting
               two spirals merging
                two spirals breathing
                 into one centre
                  into one silence
                    into one bloom
